About FAASA

FAASA, Inc. is an Amateur Athletic Sports Organization, that operates on a volunteer basis to promote and conduct local, regional, and national or international amateur sports competitions for (youth 18 and under); FAASA Incorporated in 2024 as a Non-Profit. FAASA games are led by Commissioner Jonas V. Pozon, Sr., and Vice Commissioner Walter Flores.

FAASA educational athletic programs integrate sports education and safety, athletic sports training clinics, and training camps that benefit our youth and provide informative information on the benefits of amateur athletic sports participation to athletes, parents, coaches, referees, and the community. All are welcome. Joining an (Affiliate League, Club, or Team) is required to participate.

Mission

The mission of FAASA, Inc. is to promote and conduct amateur athletic sports education, and athletic training programs that develop, strengthen, enhance, and support the skill levels of athletes, from novice to competitive-ready, and prepare them for amateur athletic sports competitions on a local regional, national or international basis. To provide amateur athletic sports education, training programs and curricula that foster good sportsmanship, character building, fair play, and loyalty.

Vision

FAASA’s vision is to foster a collaborative sports alliance between amateur athletic sports leagues, clubs, and teams for participation in amateur athletic sports competitions on a national or international basis, and that benefits our youth. To embrace, reflect, and integrate the Pacific Islander history, traditions, and knowledge of the Filipino American Culture into FAASA’s amateur athletic sports education and training programs, and activities.
